ABOUT Flax Seed Laddoo RECIPE

Flax seed benefits could help you improve digestion, give you clear skin, lower cholesterol, reduce sugar cravings, balance hormones, fight cancer and promote weight loss etc. This is recipe for all health conscious people, even it is big hit in my Gym goer friends circle. This recipe is brainchild of one of my gym trainer friend Deepak. .

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 250 gm Flex seed
  2. 2 table spoon Honey
  3. Mixed nuts ( Cashew, Almonds, pumpkin seeds, resins, dates etc)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast flax seed on a non-stick pan on low heat for 5 minutes. These seeds will crackle a lot.
  2. Cool and pound them mixie to make powder. mix nut in the last run of mixie , so they are not very powdered.
  3. Add Honey in Flax seed powder and make laddoo. keep them in a fridge
