Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. oats 2 tsp
  2. All purpose flour 1 tsp
  3. Honey 1 tsp
  4. condensed milk 1 tbsp
  5. Milk 2 tsp
  6. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  7. 2 almonds broken
  8. peanut butter 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the rolled oats to a fine powder form.
  2. Mix this powdered oats with the flour and baking powder. Next, add in the honey, peanut butter and condensed milk.
  3. Mix them well together. Then pour in the milk and mix all the ingredients well together.
  4. Grease a mug or a small bowl and dust it with a little oats flour.
  5. Bake it in a microwave on a high heat for 1-2 mins.
  6. Your tasty and healthy oats muffins are ready to eat!
