Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ginger 1/2 kg
  2. Lemon juice of 15-20 lemons
  3. Vinegar 2 caps (1 tbsp)
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chillies 250 gms

Instructions

  1. Wash the ginger and completely dry it. Also wash the red chillies and let them dry completely.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice out of the 10-15 lemons.
  3. In a mixer jar, add in the chopped ginger, red chillies, lemon juice and vinegar along with the turmeric and salt. Blend it for 2 minutes by adding a little juice so that the chutney gets grounded properly and doesn't become too watery.
  4. Pour this into a glass vessel and let it dry in the sun for a day.
