Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 tin condensed milk or 200gm
  2. 1cup dessicated coconut and more for rolling
  3. 1cup roasted and powdered oats
  4. Pinch food color (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pan dry roast oats and powder them and keep aside
  2. In the same pan, add condensed milk, dessicated coconut , oats powder and food color and mix well on low flame till it leaves the sides of pan and comes together as a lump.
  3. Let the mix cool a little and then shape into ladoos, roll the ladoos in dessicated coconut.
