Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 2 tablespoon fresh green corainder leaves
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon tamarind pulp
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 small onion
  8. 4-5 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Strain the curd for about 5 minutes only.
  2. Pulse everything except the curd together till smooth paste.
  3. Add curd and pulse for 2-3 seconds.
  4. Adjust seasonings as per personal preference.
  5. The easiest no-cook dip is ready.
