Quick easy eggless cake

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana : 3 tbsp....mashed with spoon
  2. Maida : 4 tbsp
  3. Powder Sugar : 4 tbsp
  4. Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
  5. Baking powder : 1/4 tsp
  6. Vanilla essence : 1/2 tsp
  7. Double toned milk : 4 tbsp
  8. Oil : 1 tbsp
  9. Brahmi badam sharbat : 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix maida, sugar, baking soda, baking powder.
  2. Now add oil, vanilla essence and milk. Mix well.
  3. Add mashed banana to the batter and mix well.
  4. Grease and dust microwave safe plastic bowl. (Do not use glass bowl).
  5. Now pour in the batter.
  6. Now on top spread 1 tbsp of brahmi. Do not mix it with the batter.
  7. Pop it in the microwave and press 2 min..and then start.
  8. Switch off the micro and let the cake stay in micro for 2-3 min.
  9. Take it out of the microwave. Let it cool completely.
  10. Invert it on a plate and Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
