ABOUT Masala Bread Pudding RECIPE

This dish is quite easy, tasty and just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 8 pieces
  2. butter 2 tbsp
  3. Boneless chicken pieces 300 gms
  4. capsicum 1
  5. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  6. chopped onion 1
  7. mushroom 2 tbsp
  8. Eggs 2
  9. 1 cup milk
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Pepper 1 tsp
  12. Fresh cream (optional) 1 tbsp
  13. Kitchen king masala 2 tsp
  14. Cheese as required

Instructions

  1. For masala, put butter in a pan.
  2. Add chopped garlic, Onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, chicken, kitchen king masala, salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, put 2 eggs, milk, fresh cream (optional) and cooked masala.
  4. Grease a microwave safe bowl flat dish.
  5. Butter the bread slices, cut them in triangle pieces and place them in the dish.
  6. Now pour the mixture over the bread slices.
  7. Spread some grated cheese over it.
  8. Now bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degree C for 15-20 mins.
