Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Take a cup of sabudana (soaked overnight)
  2. Take a cup of samak rice (soaked overnight)
  3. Boiled potatoes 3
  4. Kadi patta 5-6
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  7. Peanuts crushed as needed
  8. oil as needed
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Curd 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind strained sabudana pearls and samak rice together.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of curd in the batter and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Adjust the thickness of the batter by adding water, it should be of pouring consistency.
  4. Take a non stick pan.
  5. Spread little oil on it and pour a ladle of the batter.
  6. Let it crisp up for a few minutes.
  7. Apply few drops of oil on the upper surface also
  8. For aloo mixture: Take a pan, add oil and mustard seeds with kaddi patta. let them splutter. Add grated potatoes and salt, mix well.
  9. Now spread this potato mixture over the dosa.
  10. And fold it from one side and another.
  11. Serve with coconut peanut chutney.

Initially was sticky..but now im able to make them.
