Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500GMS MAIDA
  2. 3TBSP CORN STARCH
  3. 4 BANANA PUREED
  4. 400GMS SUGAR
  5. 2-3 tbsp COCOA POWDER
  6. 200ML COOKING OIL
  7. 2TBSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  8. 1/2 CUP(4TBSP) MILK POWDER
  9. 200 ML MILK
  10. 150 GMS CURD
  11. 2tsp BAKING POWDER
  12. 2TSP BAKING SODA
  13. 2TBSP WHITE VINEGAR
  14. HALF OF 1/4 TSP RED COLOUR POWDER

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN
  2. Now take a mixi jar, add sugar, oil, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence and whip to a paste.
  3. Remove and keep in a dish.
  4. In the same jar, add peeled and chopped bananas to make a puree.
  5. Add banana puree to sugar and oil, mix and add milk.
  6. Take maida, milk powder and mix it with sugar oil mixture.add vinegar and mix it with the batter.
  7. Now take the baking dish grease it with butter then sprinkle some maida and roll all around the dish to coat.
  8. Take two bowls, add 1 cup batter in each.
  9. In one bowl add cocoa powder and mix nicely.
  10. 2nd add red colour mix nicely.
  11. Now take vanilla batter pour in the baking dish around 1cup.
  12. Above that pour cocoa batter half cup.
  13. Then pour vanilla batter,upon it pour red batter.
  14. Now pour vanilla batter then cocoa then red then vanilla at top.
  15. Take a fork and swirl it make zigzag design.
  16. Bake in a hot oven.
  17. Bake for30-35 mins.
  18. Check with the toothpick whether it is done or not.
  19. Cool completely then cut the cake.
