Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Khoya 500gm
  2. Paneer 200gm
  3. Baking powder 2 pinches
  4. 8 table spoons Amaranth flour
  5. Sugar 3 cups
  6. Water 3 cups
  7. Cardamom powder half tea spoon
  8. Pistachios 8-10

Instructions

  1. Mash khoya and paneer very well.No crystals should be there.It will take 6-7 minutes. Put half tea spoon cardamom powder. Add amranth flour and baking powder. Knead nicely.
  2. Make equal sized balls and fry in desi ghee on low to medium flame. Make sugar syrup with water and sugar till thick, add the balls.Soak for two hours. Garnish with pistachios . Enjoy.
