ABOUT Cauliflower and chilli served with Picada Sauce( Inspired by a Catalan style Pesto) RECIPE

Cauliflower Florets (1 cup).
Bhavanagari Chillies ( non spicy) 6 no.
Garlic grated 1 tsp
Spring Onions ( cut) 2 tbsp
Olive oil. 3 tbsp.
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
Dried Parsley 1 tbsp
Dark Chocolate Chips ( grated ) 2 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Roasted Almonds chopped 1 tbsp
Roasted walnut Chopped 1 tbsp
White chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Garlic Bread Seasoning 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract. 1 tsp
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Instructions
Wash Cauliflower florets, season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tsp oil and bake in oven at 200 c for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile heat olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add crushed garlic and saute till brown. Take out and keep aside. Now in same oil fry chillies well , remove, sprinkle salt and pepper and keep aside.
In the same pan heat oil , add spring Onions stir fry, add sauteed garlic, chilli, pepper. Fold in Roasted Almonds Walnut, Sesame seeds, white Chilli powder, Parseley and grated dark Chocolate Chips. Turn the gas off. Add Vannilla extract and fresh cream ( with added cocoa) keeping a little for Garnish.
Now take out in a serving plate and spread the Cauliflower over it. Serve with Garnish of coriander leaves, Fresh Cream and Cocoa powder.
