Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Crust:
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Butter 1/2 cup
  4. Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  7. Choco chips 2 tbsp
  8. For brownie :
  9. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  10. Coco powder 1 tbsp
  11. Castor sugar 1/4 cup
  12. Milk powder 1/4 cup
  13. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  14. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  15. Milk 1/2 cup
  16. Butter 1 tsp
  17. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  18. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  19. Grated dark chocolate 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. For crust:
  2. In a bowl mix butter, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add in vanilla essence.
  3. Add all purpose flour and knead into a dough. Do not over knead, just bind all the ingredients together. Refrigerate.
  4. For brownie:
  5. Mix all the dry ingredients: all purpose flour, cocoa powder, caster sugar, baking powder and baking soda all together.
  6. Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, vinegar, butter and vanilla essence.
  7. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Do not over beat. Mix in the grated dark chocolate.
  8. Take out the cookie dough and mix in the chocolate chips.
  9. Grease your small muffin moulds.
  10. Divide the dough in 8 equal parts.
  11. Line each mould with the cookie dough. Keeping the center hollow. Bake for 7 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  12. Take out and fill three fourth of the cup with the brownie batter. Bake again for 7 minutes or till brownies are done.
