ABOUT Bread Medu Vadas RECIPE

Just as yummy as the awesome medu vadas. The only difference is that they are made instantly.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread slices about 7
  2. Yoghurt about 4 to 5 tbsp
  3. Asafoetida a pinch
  4. turmeric a pinch
  5. Coriander leaves a handful
  6. Green chillies chopped about 3
  7. Ginger grated a tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Rice flour 2 tbsp.
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients well and shape into vadas.
  2. Break the bread into small pieces and mix well with the other ingredients.
  3. You should get a thick batter.
  4. Deep fry them on low to medium flame in hot oil.
  5. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
