Absolutely easy and yummy. Leftover idlis can never get better than this. Simple and cute little beauties to munch on as an evening snack or better still as a kids tiffin box idea

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover idlis 6 to 8
  2. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  3. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  4. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  6. Finely chopped coriander or parsley or dried parsley 2 tbsp
  7. Salt a per taste
  8. Lime juice 1 tbsp (Optional)
  9. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  10. Little water for binding
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the idlis into bite size pieces and mix with all the masalas in them.
  2. Allow it to rest until the oil gets heated up.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil on a low to medium flame. Serve hot.
