Ingredients: Sweet corn 3 cups; Oil 1 tbsp; Green chillies 3 or as per your taste; Green Coriander 1/2 cup; Jeera 1 tsp; Mint 2 tbsp; Red chilli powder 1 tsp; Chaat masala 1 tbsp; Lemon 1; Salt to taste

Ingredients Serving: 4

Sweet corn 3 cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Green chillies 3 or as per your taste
Green Coriander 1/2 cup
Jeera 1 tsp
Mint 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Lemon 1
Salt to taste

Instructions

Grind together green chilli, coriander, mint, cumin and make a paste.
Heat a pan and add in the corn.
Roast it for some time, then add butter or oil as your wish. Fry it then add salt and the green paste.
After 2 minutes, add red chilli powder, chaat masala powder and roast it.
Add lemon juice as per your taste. Add 1 tsp honey now if you are using.
Serve it hot.
