ABOUT Coconut Milk Pancakes RECIPE

Pancakes with an all new taste. Yummy and gorgeous, these awesome pancakes for sure will be loved by kids and the adults alike. Happy Eating!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Coconut milk 400 ml
  2. All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
  3. Eggs 2
  4. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  5. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  6. Sugar 5 Tbsp
  7. Dessicated coconut to sprinkle on top.
  8. Butter for making the pancakes.

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth flowing consistency batter with all the ingredients.
  2. Start making pancakes immediately.
  3. Smear the pan with butter and pour one ladle full of the batter.
  4. Once done, flip it to the other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Keep the flame from low to medium always.
  6. Sprinkle some coconut on top and serve them hot with honey cream fruits or just as it is.
