ABOUT Sabudana roll with kaju filling RECIPE

It is made from sabudana and potato kaju filling.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potato 2 boiled
  2. 1 cup sabudana/sago soaked for one hour and drained
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Black pepper as per taste
  5. Oil for deep frying
  6. For the filling: Fry and mix all the given below.
  7. Kaju/Cashews fried as required
  8. Ground nuts/Peanuts fried as required
  9. Desiccated coconut as required
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add in sabudana, boiled potato, salt and black pepper. Mix well to make a dough.
  2. Take a little ball of dough on your palm. Add about a spoon of filling in the center. Close from all the sides.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.

sounds yummy! but i wish the picture was little better, natural lighting would look good and help
