ABOUT Nutty Coconut Pannacotta RECIPE

Pannacotta in my style. Only 4 ingredient quickie dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut milk 1 can
  2. Agar agar or gelatin 2 tbsp
  3. Almonds pistachios and cashews coarsely chopped 5 tbsp
  4. Sugar 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a non stick pan for about 3 to 4 mins just until it starts boiling.
  2. Add sugar and nuts.
  3. Heat about 3 tbsp of water and quickly mix in the agar agar powder in this.
  4. Stir it well and add it to the coconut milk and give a good mix.
  5. Let it cool down a bit.
  6. Grease a dish and pour this in it.
  7. If not, you can just wrap a cling on to the dish and pour this mix.
  8. Set it in the fridge until done.
  9. It usually sets in 2 to 3 hours.
