This recipe is made with a blend of coconut milk and curd to give unique sweet and sour taste to tingle your tastebuds
Take a kadai & pour coconut milk ,add salt ,turmeric powder,curry leaves ,coriander leaves, ginger chilli paste along with brinjals & cook in low flame.
Once it is cooked ,take out the brinjals & strain the coconut milk .
Now take the kadai and add the brinjals , pour the strained coconut milk,curd ,sugar , salt to taste, mix it properly cook it two minutes.
Lastly pour cream and take it off from gas stove.
Garnish with jeera powder ,all spice powder ,cream & serve.
