Now give a final knead to the dough. And roll out puri size. Stuff 1 teaspoon filling and apply little water on the sides and fold it in half and using a fork give a press on the side. This will give nice design on the sides and will help to stick it. You can even use gujiya sancha or fold it with hands too. Make all the gujiyas.
