ABOUT Burger Buns RECIPE

Easy to make and very soft to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All Purpose flour -1 cup
  2. Wheat flour -1 cup
  3. Vegetable oil - 2 tsp
  4. Dry yeast - 1 1/4 tsp
  5. Luke warm water - 3/4 cup
  6. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  7. Salt -1/2 Tsp
  8. Milk to brush
  9. Some sesame seeds.

Instructions

  1. Seive all purpose flour ,wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix sugar and dry yeast in luke warm water and keep it for 7-10 minutes.
  3. After that make a whole in centre of the flour bowl and pour the yeast mixture and oil.
  4. Knead the dough for good 6-8 minutes until very soft.
  5. Now cover the dough bowl with cling film and keep it in a warm place for an hour to ferment.
  6. After 1 hour knead the dough with soft hands to deflate it.
  7. Make 8 small balls of it.
  8. Put it on a greased baking tray . Cover with cling film and let it ferment for another 40 odd minutes .
  9. Now bake in a pre-heated oven at 190° for 15-20 minutes.
  10. The soft buns are ready to serve.
