Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup rava/suji/semolina
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. 2 tbsp atta (wheat flour)
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. 1 onion
  6. 1 tomato
  7. 1 small carrot
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  11. Water as required
  12. 2 tsp oil
  13. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  14. 4-5 Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Add rawa rice flour and atta in a bowl. Mix well and add chopped vegetables, green chilli.
  2. Take a pan, add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add this tempering into the same bowl. Add salt, pepper and mix well.
  4. Add water to get a flowy consistency, like a pancake batter.
  5. Heat a tawa or pan on gas, when hot then spread oil and then spread the batter from outwards to inwards.
  6. Cook from both the sides.
  7. Serve with coconut or green chutney.
