Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Methi- 100- gms
  2. Potato- 4- boiled
  3. Wheat flour- 2- bowl
  4. Salt- 2- teaspoon
  5. Turmeric- 1- teaspoon
  6. Green chilli paste- 2- spoon
  7. Mango powder- 2- teaspoon
  8. Dhaniya powder- 2- teaspoon
  9. Red chilli powder- 2- teaspoon
  10. Vegetable oil- 8- big spoon

Instructions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients in one bowl. Mash the potato properly 2. Mix it properly, see that no clumps is left 3. then put oil and little water and make a perfect dough 4. keep the dougj for 15 to 20 minutes 5. Make small balls from the dough 6. Roll in the form of puri 7. Heat some oil in pan 8. Fry the puri untill it turns golden brown 9. Serve it with sauce or daniya pudina chutney
