Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread slices 10
  2. Cheese slices 5
  3. Sandwich spread 2 tbsp
  4. Paneer 100 gms
  5. 1 onion, finely chopped
  6. 3 bell peppers, finely chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Sweet corns 1/2 cup
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Mixed Italian herbs 1/2 tsp
  11. Green Chillies 2

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the grated paneer, chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, sweet corns, green chillies, salt to taste, black pepper powder and mixed herbs.
  2. Discard the brown sides of bread slices.
  3. Take a slice, dab it with water lightly and press it. Spread a little sandwich spread over the bread slice.
  4. Place half of a cheese slice in the center of the bread slice. Put 1 teaspoon of paneer mixture over the cheese slice. Now gently roll the bread slice tightly.
  5. Prepare all the slices in the similar manner. You will get 10 rolls.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan. Put some oil or butter and place these rolls on a pan.
  7. Cook it on a medium heat. Keep it rolling in between to make it crisp from all the sides.
  8. Serve it in a plate with ketchup.
