Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled chicken keema 1/2 cup
  2. Bread 4 pcs
  3. Sooji 1/2 cup
  4. Curd 1/2 cup
  5. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. Chillies 2
  7. Roasted Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Chilli flakes as per taste
  9. Sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons
  10. Chopped coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
  11. Finely chopped tomato onion and capsicum 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a mixer put in bread slices cut into pieces, Sooji, keema, curd, salt, sugar, chillies, jeera powder, garlic paste and chilli flakes
  2. Add half cup water
  3. Turn on the mixer n blend to a batter
  4. Transfer the batter in a bowl
  5. Add all chopped vegetables and coriander leaves
  6. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non stick pan and pour the batter to make a thin sheet
  7. Cover n cook
  8. Flip to other side and brush with oil like you do while making paratha
  9. When both sides turn crispy, serve with chutney or sauce
