Flour 300 gms
Butter 200 gms
Sugar 100 gms
Cream 20gms
Vanilla essence 1/4tsp

Instructions

Place butter, sugar together and mix become creamy and fluffy.
Mix cream and essence.
Add seived flour in it and mix it thoroughly.
Clean wrap mixture and put in fridge for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180 degree C for 10-15 mins.
Using a rolling pin make a circle and give it a shape by using cookies cutter.
Using another cookie cutter make a hole inside it so that it can come on top of the another cookie.
Cook a jam with little bit sugar and water.
Bakefor 2-3 minutes pour the jam in the cookies.
