ABOUT Poha oats pan pizza(kids special) RECIPE

No yeast..No flour..A very healthy and tasty recipe for kids.Rich in Omega-3 as i used oats,poha and sooji.i gave it yummy flavour by adding pizza topping and seasoning...kids will fall in love with it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup poha
  2. 1 cup oats
  3. half cup Suji
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1 finely chopped Capsicum
  8. 1 finally chopped onion
  9. 1 finally chopped carrot
  10. 1 finally chopped tomato
  11. half cup sweet corns
  12. 4 tsp olives cut in rings
  13. 5 tsp grated Mozrella cheese
  14. 1 tsp mixed herbs
  15. Water as per need

Instructions

  1. Wash poha and oats with water 4- 5 times and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. In a mixer jar put soaked poha and oats.add suji and curd..
  3. Make a paste
  4. Transfer in a bowl add some water
  5. Add Chilli flakes and salt as per taste mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes
  6. Meanwhile chopped all the vegetables.
  7. Now heat a pan.put 2 tbsp oil and pour prepared batter to make pizzas
  8. Put toppings of vegetables
  9. Add mozrella cheese
  10. Cover it and cook on low flame for about 2 minutes
  11. Tasty and quick poha oats pan pizzas are ready.
  12. Sprinkle Chilli flakes and Mixed Herbs.Serve with sauce.
