ABOUT Atta Biscuits RECIPE

This is one of the healthy recipe of Biscuits I am sharing here. Its made up of wheat flour. This Biscuits I prepared in cooker, so who don't use oven it will help them.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour,
  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1/4 cup ghee
  4. 1 Tspn Baking Powder
  5. 2Tspn Semolina (Optional)
  6. Cashew ( Optional)
  7. Salt 1/2 pinch
  8. Warm water if required

Instructions

  1. Take ghee in a bowl and beat it well continuously 2-3 minutes to become it soft.
  2. In that now add wheat flour, powder sugar, cashew, semolina, salt, baking powder and mix it well to form a smooth dough.
  3. Dough should neither be too hard not too soft. If it becomes too hard add little warm water. In case dough become too soft you can add little wheat flour.
  4. Now take small ball of dough and make small round by rolling in hands n press little bit with hand.
  5. Now to decorate or making design on that roll with the help of fork draw horizontal lines.** Just press fork on that roll. Like wise prepare all rolls. Also you can add cashew.
  6. Now preheat the cooker for 10 minutes** remove whistle and inner rubber seal.( If you want you can add Salt bed). Keep a stand inside.
  7. Now in a greased plate keep all the rolled dough ** Keep a proper gap in all rolls because it will expand after baking.
  8. Now keep the plate inside cooker on a stand and close it.
  9. Keep the flame high for 3-4 minutes, after that bake for 15 minutes on low flame.
  10. Here is your Tasty Tasty Biscuits are ready. Let it cool down for 5-10 minutes. With a Cup of hot hot Milk or Tea ☕ you can serve it.
