Grated Haldi(kacchi)-1 bowl,ghee-100 gm,boiledmatar-100gm.,dahi-1 cup,onion-2med.size,tomato-2 med.size(paste bana le),jeera-1tsp,adrak lahsun ki paste-2 tsp, ,jeera-1tsp,hing-1/4tsp,lal mirchi powder_2tsp,dhania-jeera powder-1 tsp,garam masala-1/2tsp,salt-swadanusar,tejpatta-2,dalchini-1 inch,laung-4-5,sugar-1tsp(optional),hara dhania-garnishing k liye

Instructions

  1. Ek pan me 2-3 tblsp ghee me grated Haldi ko thodi gulabi hone tak saute kare or nikal le ab baaki kaa ghee pan me daal kar usme jeera daale uske baad hing tej patta,laung, daal chini,adrak lahsun sau kare,ab onion -tomato ki paste daale.
