Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 1 medium size
  2. Onion 1 medium size
  3. Tomato 1 medium size
  4. Carrot 1
  5. Peas 1/4 cup
  6. Dry Roasted Semolina 1/2 cup
  7. Cooking oil 1 tbsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  11. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  13. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Chop onion , potato , tomato in small pieces and grate carrot.
  2. In a pan add oil and saute potato and onion ,until onion turns translucent.
  3. Next add grated carrot ,peas ,tomato and cook on medium flame.
  4. Add salt ,turmeric powder,coriander powder ,black pepper and sugar.
  5. Cover the pan with lid and allow to cook on low flame till vegetables are cooked well.
  6. Once vegetables are cooked well and are easily mashable by spoon , add roasted semolina and mix well.
  7. Add water and allow to cook for 5 mins.
  8. Once done serve warm to the kids.
