ABOUT Pomegranate Quiona Salad RECIPE

I love to do experiments and I love healthy salads so I have tried first time quinoa salad

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled rice
  2. 1 cup boiled Quinoa
  3. 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  4. 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon Tahini sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon salt according to taste
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper according to taste
  8. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  9. few pieces of lettuce

Instructions

  1. First boil quinoa and rice separately
  2. Now take a bowl add tahini sauce,salt and pepper according to taste add lemon juice in it whisk it properly
  3. Add boiled rice and quiona mix it properly add some chickpeas mix it gently in the end add pomegranate seeds
  4. Serve with some lettuce salads..
