Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg baby potatoes
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 Onion
  4. 2 Green chillies
  5. 1/2 cup coriander leaves and mint leaves
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Red chilli powder as per taste
  8. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  9. 1 tsp Gram masala
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin
  11. 1/2 rai
  12. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Wash, boil and peel the potatoes.
  2. Clean, wash and chop the coriander and mint leaves.
  3. Prick the potatoes with a knife or a fork all over.
  4. In a mixing bowl put curd, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, coriander leaves, mint leaves, potatoes and mix well. Keep it aside for at least 1 hour. (Overnight if possible)
  5. After 1 hour keep a pan on the stove and put oil in it. Add jeera and rai, when it crakles add onions, green chilli and saute. Add the potato mix and a little water, saute for a few minutes.
  6. When it starts leaving oil from the sides, it is done and ready to be served.
