Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. parottas/ flat bread-5
  2. onion-3 medium sized
  3. tomato-1 large
  4. greenchillies-2
  5. crushed ginger and garlic-2tsp
  6. red chilli powder-2tsp
  7. pepper powder-2.5tsp
  8. coriander powder-1tsp
  9. cumin powder-1tsp
  10. garam masala-1tsp
  11. leftover gravy-2tbsp
  12. 1tsp of lemon juice
  13. oil-2tbsp
  14. coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. tear or shread the parottas/flatsbreads into pieces
  2. in a pan add oil, crushed gingergarlic,greenchillies saute till brown
  3. add chopped onion,tomatoes,all spices
  4. saute well till raw smell of masala goes
  5. add the leftover mutton/chicken gravy
  6. next goes in shreaded parottas
  7. give it a nice mix until everything well combined
  8. you can transfer now it in iron pan and saute well till brown and crisp
  9. squeeze lemon juice
  10. garnish with coriander and greenchillies
