ABOUT Mix Bhaji RECIPE

A very healthy, winter recipe. Also quick and easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch spinach almost 200gm
  2. 1 cup spring onions, finely chopped
  3. 1 cup green garlic, finely chopped
  4. 1 small buch fenugreek leaves, almost 100 gm
  5. 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp dhania powder
  10. 1 tsp jeera powder
  11. 1 tblsp oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash spinach and fenugreek properly and finely chop both
  2. 2. Now take oil in a pan and add garlic and spring onions and cook for a while
  3. 3. Now add the tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are tender
  4. 4. Now add the masalas and mix well
  5. 5. Finally add the spinach and fenugreek leaves and cook till done
  6. 6. Serve hot with roti
