ABOUT Mangolian Mutton RECIPE

I have uswd mutton instead of beef , but beleive me it tastes same.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless Mutton thinly sliced 1/2 to 3/4 kg
  2. Cornstarch 1/4 cup
  3. Oil 3 tbsp
  4. Soy sauce 1/2 cup
  5. Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  6. Minced ginger 1 tsp
  7. Minced garlic cloves 4
  8. Red pepper flakes a pinch
  9. Green onions sliced for garnish
  10. Toasted Sesame seeds for garnish(optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a ziplock bag and add the mutton pcs and the corn starch and toss it well till evenly coated
  2. In a wok or a skillet pour the oil and add the mutton in 1 layer and fry on both the sides till it's all cooked
  3. In a bowl combine the soy sauce , brown sugar,little water,ginger,garlic.
  4. Add our sauce to a pot and let it boil
  5. Add the mutton and allow the sauce to thicken
  6. Toss with the green onions and some pepper flakes serve with steamed rice
