ABOUT Pink wink sandwich RECIPE

In winter season beetroots are found fresh in local market and its tastes very nice. That's why I always prefer to make this recipe in my home during winter.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sandwich slice bread 6 piece
  2. Medium size Beetroot 2 (grated)
  3. Paneer slices 50 grams
  4. Medium size Onion 1 (chopped)
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  8. Hung curd 3 tablespoon
  9. Soft butter 3 teaspoon
  10. Cheese 1 cube (grated)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take grated beetroot, chopped onion, salt, sugar,hung curd and black pepper and mix all the ingredients properly.
  2. Then add the paneer slices into it and mix well.
  3. Spread butter onto the both sides of bread slices
  4. Spread the beetroot mixutre on 3 slices of bread and topped with some grated cheese.
  5. Cover them properly with another slices of bread.
  6. Then toast the sandwiches in a Sandwich maker for 2-3 minutes for each.
  7. Then cut it with a knife by corner to corner
  8. Serve hot...
