Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Clarified butter - 1/2 cup
  3. Gud/jaggery - 3/4 cup
  4. Gondh - 1/2 cup
  5. Almond - 1 tbsp
  6. Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  7. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Dry ginger powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the gondh and keep aside.
  2. Again heat clarified butter in the same pan.
  3. Add wheat flour and roast on medium heat until light brown in color and give out the fragrance
  4. After stirring 10 - 15 mins add jaggery and mix well
  5. Add gondh,cardamom powder and dry ginger powder and mix well.
  6. .Turn off the flame.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits and serve
