ABOUT Mango Basundi RECIPE

Ingredients 1 litre full cream milk sugar 2 tbs or as per your taste pulp of two small mangoes pistachio for garnishing Boil milk till half the quantity keep stirring add sugar simmer for two minutes. When it comes at room temperature add mango pulp mix well .Keep in fridge for two hours. Garnish with pistachio before serving.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sugar 2 tablespoons
  2. Milk 1 litre
  3. Mango pulp 2 small mangoes
  4. Pistachio for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk to half its quantity. Stirring occasionally.
  2. Add sugar. Cook for 4-5 more minutes.
  3. Turn off the gas. Add cardamom powder. Cool the milk completely.
  4. Add in the mango puree. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Garnish with pistachio flakes. Serve chilled.
