Ingredients: 1 pound all purpose flour or 3 ¾ cups; 1Tsp salt,1 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp Yeast; 10 oz lukewarm water; 2 tsp oil to keep it moist when rising; Makes 2 large Pizza; For the Sauce , 1/4 tsp basil; 4 tbsp Tomato Puree with 4 tbsp of water and mix it well; ¼ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt; ¼ tsp Oregano leaves, ¼ tsp Thyme; ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning; For the Topping, Onion cut into thin slices; 1 green Pepper, Mushrooms 2 oz (optional), Pepperoni 3 oz; Mozzarella cheese 6 0z, Cheddar cheese 6 oz Parmesan cheese 4 oz; 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, Chili flakes (optional)

ABOUT Pepperoni and Green Pepper Pizza RECIPE

The recipe for making the base was inspired from a booklet from Air bake baking tray, the use of jalapenos makes it spicy.

Ingredients Serving: 6

1 pound all purpose flour or 3 ¾ cups
1Tsp salt,1 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp Yeast
10 oz lukewarm water
2 tsp oil to keep it moist when rising
Makes 2 large Pizza
For the Sauce , 1/4 tsp basil
4 tbsp Tomato Puree with 4 tbsp of water and mix it well
¼ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp Oregano leaves, ¼ tsp Thyme
¼ tsp Italian Seasoning
For the Topping, Onion cut into thin slices
1 green Pepper, Mushrooms 2 oz (optional), Pepperoni 3 oz
Mozzarella cheese 6 0z, Cheddar cheese 6 oz Parmesan cheese 4 oz
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

Mix together all ingredients. In a large mixing bowl and knead it well.
Cover and let it rise until double in volume.
Divide into two balls.
Take the ball and pat it with your hand and make the size of your pizza pan.
Spray the pan with oil and then place the pizza and let it rise for 5 minutes.
Now add the sauce and spread evenly covering the pizza.
Sprinkle all the seasoning on top of it. Distribute the onions and green pepper.
Spread the cheddar cheese and then the mozzarella on top.
Now place the pepperoni.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and few flakes of red chilies.
Bake it at 500 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.
