Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown bread 4 slices
  2. Butter 2 to 3 tbsp
  3. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  4. Paneer 50 gms
  5. Red bell pepper 1 thinly sliced
  6. mushroom 25 gms chopped
  7. carrot 1/2 sliced
  8. sweet corn 25 gms
  9. Onion 1 thinly sliced
  10. garlic chopped or crushed
  11. Parsley chopped
  12. turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  13. Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  14. amchur powder 1/2 tbsp
  15. garam masala 1/2 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. oil as required for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a pan and fry the onions till translucent, add garlic and fry.
  2. Add Mushrooms, red bell pepper, crumbled paneer, corn, carrot and fry well.
  3. Add the spices and mix well. Add parsley and keep aside.
  4. Apply butter on both sides of bread slices. On one side apply mayo and add the filling. Cover with the other slice and cut into triangle shape. Grill it.
  5. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
