Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage fine chopped 1/4th cup
  2. Spinach fine chopped 1/4th cup
  3. Tomato 1 fine chopped
  4. Brown bread slices 4
  5. Salt
  6. Butter for toasting
  7. Black paper powder
  8. Some red chilli optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all vegetables in one bowl
  2. Add salt paper and chilli and besan and sprinkle some water so that the veges arr coated with besan
  3. Now heat tava on medium flame
  4. Take one slice spread the mixture on bread
  5. On tawa add some butter and now cook the sandwich veges side 1st
  6. While putting on tawa do it slowly so that veges should not dislocate
  7. Cool for 2 minutes than flip and toast the other side
  8. Repeat the process
  9. Serve hot with ketchup and juice
