Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. suji 1 cup
  2. curd 3 tablespoons
  3. salt 1 teaspoon
  4. eno 2 sachet
  5. for tadka -
  6. mustard seeds 1 easpoon
  7. turmeric 1 teaspoon
  8. curry leaves 2 sprigs

Instructions

  1. take a bowl add suji , curd , salt , water and make a batter ..let it rest for half hour
  2. then take a another bowl add some of thr portion of batter and add 1 sachet of eno..assemble it in idli stand and let it cook for 10 minutes
  3. then after 10 minutes take it out let it cool down repeat the process for rest
  4. then take a wok heat oil add curry leaves, turmeric, mustard seeds and ccok for a minute ..then add idli cook for aminute
  5. serve hot
