Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rava
  2. 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  3. 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1/2 tomato finely chopped
  5. Handful of chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 cup yogurt
  7. Salt to taste
  8. ghee as required
  9. Water as desired
  10. 8 to 10 Brown bread slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix rava with yogurt and add all the above ingredients except ghee add water in desired consistency.
  2. The batter should be thick and should be spread on the slices. Let it stand for 3 minutes.
  3. Cut slices of bread into halves and spread mixture on both sides.
  4. Heat a pan and spread ghee. Fry the breads on both sides till done. Server hot with sauce or chutney.
