The tasty samosa gets a healthy makeover in form of burrito.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tortilla wraps
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  5. 1tsp oil
  6. 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  12. 4 tbsp imli chutney

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute till translucent.
  3. Add Ginger green chilli paste and saute for a minute.
  4. Add boiled peas and mix.
  5. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, Coriander powder and salt and mix well.
  6. Mash the potatoes with hand and add them.
  7. Mix everything well and add garam masala powder and switch off the gas.
  8. In another flat pan put tortilla and warm it on both sides.
  9. Take it out on a plate.
  10. Spread 2 tbsp imli chutney on one tortilla .
  11. Spread the samosa mix on this.
  12. Fold the tortilla on opposite sides and then into roll into a cylindrical shape.
  13. Cut the tortilla into half.
  14. Similarly make the other burrito too.
  15. Serve with pickled cabbage .
