Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 100gms
  2. Frozen peas 1 tbspn
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  5. Puree of tomato 1, curd 1 tspn and tomato ketchup 1 tspn
  6. Salt as per requirement
  7. oil 1 tbspn
  8. Haldi 1/2 tspn
  9. Red chillie powder 1 tspn
  10. Dhania powder 1/2 tspn
  11. Kasoori methi a pinch
  12. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. First cut paneer into cubes and saute it in oil and take out put it in cold water.
  2. In that remaining oil add a pinch of jeera, when it splutters add chopped onion.
  3. When onion become brown add ginger garlic paste. Saute it until the raw flavor of ginger-garlic goes off.
  4. When its done you can add chopped green chillie optional, then tomato puree. Cover and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
  5. Now oil comes out from masala add all powder masala, kasoori methi, salt and peas. Cook for two minutes.
  6. Then add a small cup of water and let the water boil and peas will also cook.
  7. After 6 mins it is done add the paneer and garnish with coriander leaves. Perfect side dish for dinner with roti.
