Corn 2 tbsp blanched
4white bread slices cut into round shaoe
1 tsp chili powder
1tsp lime juice
1tsp finely chopped celery
For pesto
1/4 cup basil leaves
2 tbsp celery
1/2lime
Salt to taste
1tsp pepper powder
3tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp almond
Yogurt 1tbsp
1/2tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Blanched corn to this add 1 tsp lime juice salt celery finely chopped and chili powder mix well keep aside
Take a bowl add mayonnaise yogurt mix well keep aside
Make pesto to a jar add washed chopped basil leaves and celery leave along with lime juice salt pepper almond and olive oil grind it a coarse paste keep aside
Now toast the white bread on a low flame for 5 minutes now spread the pesto on toast bread
Now add mayonnaise mixture then corn mixture serve with tea or coffee yummy toast is ready
