ABOUT Corn-Palak Rawa Dhokla RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rawa/sooji-1 1/2cup
  2. Curd-1cup
  3. Corn-1/4cup parboiled
  4. Palak-1/2cup finely chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Fruit salt-1tbsp
  7. Oil 1 tbsp for batter and for greasing the plate
  8. Ginger-chilli paste as per taste I used 1tsp
  9. Green chutney to serve.

Instructions

  1. Mix sooji and curd and leave for 10mins , then add water to adjust consistency.
  2. Add salt ,oil 1tbsp ,chilli paste ,corn and palak and mix well .
  3. Meanwhile grease the plate and also prepare the steamer.
  4. Add fruit salt mix and pour into greased plate.
  5. Steam for 12-15 mins or till done.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
