Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Boiled and Chopped Pasta
  2. 1 tsp butter
  3. 3 tsp maida
  4. 1 cup Milk
  5. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp orgeno
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. 1 cup mozrella cheese
  10. 1 cup bread crumbs
  11. 1 cup Boiled Corns
  12. For Kachumber Salad :-
  13. 1 cup onion
  14. 1 cup tomato desseded
  15. 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  16. 1 cup peanuts
  17. 1 tsp lemon juice
  18. 1 tsp salt
  19. 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. First make a white sauce take a pan add maida and butter when it changes the colour add milk in it make sure there should be no lumps keep this cool
  2. Now take a bowl add chopped Pasta,mozrella cheese, boiled corns , salt, pepper add white sauce in this mixture make a dough and make out balls
  3. Now make a slurry of maida and water dip balls in it and coat with bread crumbs and fry it
  4. For Kachumber Salad :-
  5. In a bowl add onion,tomato,peanuts,pomegrante seeds, lemon juice salt and pepper mix all and serve it
