1.In a pan add oil, add jeera and let it splatter.
2. Add add the dry masalas and add the green peas.
3. Mix well and saute till the mixture is absolutely dry.
4. Add salt and mix well.
5. Cool and make small portions to stuff them.
6. Make the dough of the above given ingredients.
7. The dough should not be too stiff.
8. Make a small puri size, fill the stuffing and give them gujia shape.
9. Fry on medium fire till golden brown in colour.
