Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/3 cup soji
  2. 2 CUP MILK
  3. 2 1/2 tbsp condensed milk
  4. 1 1/2 tbs powder sugar
  5. 1 tbsp cashews
  6. 1 tbsp pistachios
  7. 1 TBSP Condensed Milk
  8. 1 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
  9. 1/2 tbsp Hershey's strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Take one nonstick pan,add soji and dry roast on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes
  2. Add lukewarm milk and powder sugar in soji
  3. Cook soji on low flame until mixer become dry and leave the pan
  4. Transfer mixer in grease plate and keep it side for 5 to 10 minutes
  5. For prepare stuffing, grind cashews and pistachios in mixer. Add condensed milk and make a Dough
  6. Soji Dough divide in three part.
  7. In one part add Hershey's chocolate syrup and second part add Hershey's strawberry syrup,and third part leave white.
  8. Take one plastic bag, grease with ghee and roll dough on it.
  9. Take round cookie cutter and cut round in two size,big and small.
  10. Repeat this procedure with chocolate and strawberry dough
  11. Arrange round same as picture
  12. Make dry fruit roll use with dry fruit ball
  13. Put roll middle of round
  14. Fold round half use of plastic bag
  15. Fold round and make flower
  16. Sprinkle some chocolate and colourful vermicelli over it
